For a Law Firm in Antwerp, I am looking for a Lawyer with experience in Commercial & IT Law, speaking fluently Dutch & English.
My client is a leading law firm at the forefront of legal innovation, founded few years ago and already counting 20 people.
The clients of the firm are mainly entrepreneurs, start up & scale up,
investors, business angels, venture capitalists, active in the tech
& innovation sectors.
They are seeking dynamic and experienced (Senior) Technology Associates to advise innovative companies (and their investors) on IP, IT & other commercial-related matters.

Responsibilities
- Technology licenses & services agreements (including SaaS)
- IP licenses
- Joint development
- Collaboration & other strategic alliance agreements
- Performing intellectual
property & technology due diligence for corporate transactions and
tech transfers
- IP venturing transactions
- Distribution agreements (including OEM, VAR and other reseller agreements)
Must Have
- Master in Law
- Around 1 to 8 years' experience
- In Commercial, IT, IP and/or Privacy Law
- Dutch & English Fluent
- Adaptability, proactiveness, attention to detail and commercial vision
Nice to have
- Experience in Technology Contracting
- Experience in corporate venturing or academic spin-offs
