Lawyer with 2-5 years' experience in Commercial Law - Dutch & English fluent - Brussels
My client is a large full service law firm advising mainly international clients on business law matters (tax & company law, employment, real estate, IP & IT, banking & finance, regulatory). The firm assists professionals in the conduct of their businesses, including transactions & litigation.
With over 75 lawyers in Brussels, Ghent & Antwerp, it is one of the largest independent law firms in Belgium.
The firm is also member of international networks covering Europe, the US & Asia.
In Brussels the firm counts around 25 people, including 14 Partners.
To further develop the Commercial practice in Brussels, they are looking for an mid-level Associate to join the team of 5 Commercial Lawyers to work with international clients (active in the fashion, movie & artistic sectors) offering the opportunity to travel !
Responsibilities
- Commercial advice
- Contract drafting, review & negotiation
- Distribution, partnership, sponsoring, general conditions & shareholders agreements
- Commercial litigation
Must Have
- Master in Law
- 2-5 years' Experience
- In Commercial Law
- Dutch & English Fluent

- French knowledge
