For a Niche Law Firm in Brussels, we are looking for a Lawyer with around 4 to 10 years’ experience in Corporate Law, speaking fluently French & English.
Our client is a Niche Law Firm of 10+ Lawyers specialised in business law for clients mainly active in Renewable Energy & Start-up/Scale-up sectors.
You will join a modern, human-sized & growing law firm, that has redesigned the way law firms traditionally operate, and implemented a new, atypical way of operating that is more integrated, horizontal and transparent.
The firm seeks both value creation and excellence with a way of working that makes sense.
This dynamic contributes to the development of the members of the firm and to their (professional) well-being, for the direct benefit of the clients.

Must Have
- Belgian Master in Law
- 4 to 10 years' experience as Lawyer
- In Corporate Law
- French & English Fluent
- Analysis skills & Pragmatic
- Excellent social contacts
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch
- Experience in Energy and/or Start-Up sector
