For a Major International Law Firm in Brussels, I am looking for a Lawyer with experience in Corporate/M&A, speaking fluently Dutch & English.
My client is a Global Law Firm, with more than 5.000 people across 35 countries.

To strengthen the Brussels Corporate/M&A team we are looking for a Junior Associate in Corporate/M&A.
Responsibilities
- Complex Corporate Transactions
- Complex Corporate Contracts
- Mainly advisory & transactional work
Must Have
- Belgian Master in Law
- 1 to 8 years' Experience
- In Corporate/M&A
- Dutch native
- English Fluent
- High standards of performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound business acumen, solution focused and deal oriented
- Ability to work well both in a team and individually
Nice to have
- French knowledge
- Strong academical records
