For a Law Firm in Antwerp, LegalUp Talents is looking for a Lawyer or Counsel with experience in Corporate/M&A, speaking fluently Dutch & English.
Our client is a leading law firm at the forefront of legal innovation, founded few years ago and already counting 20 people.
The clients of the firm are mainly entrepreneurs, start up & scale up,
investors, business angels, venture capitalists, active in the tech
& innovation sectors.
They are seeking dynamic and experienced (Senior) Lawyers/Counsels specializing in Corporate Law to provide innovative companies & their investors a full spectrum of corporate legal advisory services.

Must Have
- Master in Law
- Around 1 to 12 years' experience
- In Corporate Law and M&A transactions
- Dutch & English Fluent
- Deep understanding of complex legal matters & proven track record
- Passion for innovation & committed to help further develop and grow the team’s practice
Nice to have
- Experience in corporate venturing or
academic spin-offs
