Lawyer with 10+ years of relevant experience in Estate Planning - Dutch & English fluent - Antwerpen, Leuven or Hasselt.
My client is a Belgian independent Business Law Firm which advises Belgian & international companies & individuals/families.
The firm was created 1 year ago and already counts 12+ Lawyers, and has a broad network of more than 4.000 clients thanks to the Consulting company the firm is linked to, with 250 people (20.000 worldwide) & 7 offices in Belgium (Antwerpen, Gent, Brussels, Hasselt, Leuven, Halle, Kempen).
Today, the Estate Planning Team counts 4 people (Lawyers & Tax Consultants) and keeps growing.
This is an unique opportunity to be part of a new Law Firm as from the (very) beginning, offering room for growth and the possibility to expand & manage a team of Estate Planners, and even to become Partner!

Responsibilities
- Help expand & manage a team of Estate Planners
- Solve complex estate law & estate planning issues
- Drafting of all kinds of deeds & agreements (donation, will, partnership, foundation, proxies, etc.)
Must Have
- Master in Law
- At least 10 years' Experience as Lawyer in Estate Planning
- Dutch & English Fluent
- Enjoy dealing with clients & explain complex matters in a comprehensible way
- Quick-learner, real team player, can-do mentality & positive attitude
- Up for challenges & to lift results to a higher level
Nice to have
- Previous management experience
- French knowledge
